      Rinse well and pat your skin dry.
      Remove the body cream by hand. A spoonful is enough.
      Use a smaller or more generous amount, depending on your skin's needs.
      Apply all over the body with gentle movements, focusing on the driest areas, such as knees, elbows, soles and heels.
      Wait a while for it to absorb before putting on your pajamas.
